Oil cementing is one of indispensable measures during oil field exploration.With the growing work on deep and ultra-deep wells,conventional cementing truck can no longer meet the requirement of technical casing and production casing operation,the new candidate is the cementing truck with the capability of slurry mixing.Due to the limitation of package size and truck maneuverability,hydraulic transmission becomes the preference for slurry mixing.The article discussed the hydraulic design that drives the slurry mixing system,which exactly complies related requirements in SY/T5611-2001 CEMENTING TRUCK and GB/T3766-2001 GENERAL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATINS FOR HYDRAULIC SYSTEM. To enable the newly designed hydraulic system to meet the slurry mixing requirements; Water pump Max speed:3500 r/min,working speed:2900 r/min,Max flow rate:1.6 m~3/min,pressure:0.85 MPa~1.2MPa,circulation pump working speed:1900 r/min,Max flow rate:3.18 m~3/min,pressure 0.35 MPa,boost pump working speed:1900 r/min Max flow rate:3.2 m~3/min,pressure 0.35 MPaThe key aspects in the article include,selection and design calculation of hydraulic system parts,hydraulic system speed-adjusting circuit design,thermal calculation of hydraulic system,selection of oil cooler,prediction and trouble shooting of hydraulic pump.The design takes into full consideration on easy operation and safety,realize the trouble shooting and prediction of hydraulic elements.Enables the independent speed control of each centrifugal pump and expand the application scope of the unit.
