Study On The Road Freight Transport Organizing Mode Of "Company+Trucks"

Despite of the rapid growth of freight transport nowadays in our contrary, the problems still can't be neglected. It's urgent to improve the market organizing order of the freight transport field.However, as to the fact of unfavorable performance of both the company and the individual trucks, it is more practical to solve the problem on base of the existing property rights arrangement.The thesis explained the real character of scale economy in freight industry firstly; and then studied the recent performance of the companies, agencies and the individual trucks; moreover, it concluded the successful experiences of typical developed countries in the corresponding field; on base of all this, it put forward the organizing mode of "company+trucks", and finally some methods for both the companies and the transport administrative were given as the strategies to gain stability for the mode.
