| Waterproof and cohesive layer is an important part of bridge deck pavement. It is an effective measure for ensuring and improving the service performance of bridges to set waterproof and cohesive layer. Nowadays in China, the study on this topic is faulty, and it results in a considerable blindness in the stages of design and construction. Many bridge decks have diseases caused by the deterioration of waterproof and cohesive layer, so it is necessary to make more study on it.In this paper, mechanical analysis on waterproof and cohesive layer of bridge deck is done firstly. Then, making experimental research on shear property, drawing property and permeability performance of 5 waterproof and cohesive materials, such as special waterproof coating for bridge, SBR modified emulsion asphalt, two-step-reaction waterproof material, epoxy asphalt and SBS modified asphalt. In regard to shear property, the influencing factors as the type of waterproof material, experiment temperature, vertical load and spreader stone are taken into consideration; in regard to drawing property, the influencing factors as the type of waterproof material and experiment temperature are taken into consideration; when it's to permeability performance, it evaluates that whether the waterproof and cohesive material could make commitment to waterproof requirement after decking and rolling.The study result shows that the type of waterproof material, experiment temperature, vertical load and spreader stone have distinguishing influence on shear property, there's linear relationship between vertical load and shear strength, and this strength are improved after spreading stones. The research result of waterproof performance shows that the ability of SBS modified asphalt is good. After making comprehensive analysis on pavement performance of this 5 material, the layer of SBS modified asphalt+(5~10mm) gravel is recommended. At last, the construction technology of SBS modified asphalt waterproof and cohesive layer is summarized, which provides the basis for construction quality control. |
