| The combination of cement concrete bridge deck and asphalt concrete pavement directly affected the structural integrity.It could be seen from the analysis that the damage of bridge deck pavement mainly came from the stress damage caused by the dynamic load of the vehicle.And the performance of the interlayer waterproof layer of the bridge deck had a direct impact on the bridge deck overall structure bearing strength and service life.Therefore,the waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt solidification system which acted as a bridge deck waterproof adhesive layer material carried on research.The two systems of emulsified asphalt and waterborne epoxy were analyzed,including mechanism,raw material types and related indicators.We studied the Hydration Method of Waterborne Epoxy and searched for emulsifier and emulsifying modification of base asphalt,and analyzed the secondary modification and compatibility of waterborne epoxy on emulsified asphalt.By analyzing and screening the raw materials,it was determined that the anionic chemical modification method was used as the aqueous method to prepare the self-emulsifying aqueous epoxy.The mechanical shearing action was to disperse the asphalt fine particles in the aqueous emulsifier solution,and the aqueous epoxy emulsified asphalt emulsion was prepared by the external blending method.According to the study on characteristics of Waterproof Adhesive Layer for Bridge Deck,we designed the compatibleness to determine the type and proportion of raw materials.According to the stability and compatibility,the mixing ratio was improved.Confirming the emulsifier was JY14 whose content was 1.2%.And the emulsification effect was well.In order to improve the viscosity of the adhesive layer material,a modifier latex was added to the emulsified asphalt,which a viscosity toughness test was carried out at a ratio of 0 to 10%.It was turned out that the viscosity toughness was significantly improved and the corresponding ratio was determined.The compatibility test of waterborne epoxy and curing agent was studied by compatibility test to determine that triethylenetetramine was the best curing agent.The ratio of design for epoxy resin and matrix asphalt were 1:19,1:9,3:17,1:4and 1:3,the five groups as a waterproof adhesive material,which meant the epoxy resin content in epoxy asphalt were 5%,10%,15%,20%and 25%.The water content of the waterproof adhesive layer material was tested for the solid content,water impermeability,low temperature flexibility and high temperature heat resistance,of which the order was to optimize the screening ratio.According to the bridge surface waterproof adhesive layer material would experience the temperature change of the four seasons,we studied the effect of temperature on the mechanical strength and viscoelastic properties of the material,and set-15℃,0℃,25℃,50℃,70℃for the adhesive layer material Different tensile temperature values that were used to test the tensile strength of the adhesive layer with different amounts of epoxy resin.The results showed that only a part of the adhesive layer material met the requirements between-15℃and 70℃.It was studied whether the amount of the adhesive layer affected the drawing strength,and the optimum adhesive layer amount was determined to be 1.0 kg/m~2according to the result.Pulling test and shear test were carried out at different temperatures.The test results showed that only part of the ratio could meet the requirements,and the economic ratio was considered comprehensively to determine the best mix ratio.We tested of bridge deck waterproof bonding layer by test bridge section,and summarized the actual construction experience and reference related materials.Appliedthe bridge deck sticky layer research was carried out for the construction technology,technical requirements,quality control and so on.The construction technical standards of bridge deck waterproof adhesive layer were proposed to minimize the impact of construction on the performance of waterproof adhesive layer materials. |
