Study On Comprehensive Assessment Model And Apply On Transportation Safety Of Railway Dangerous Goods

With the rapid development of chemical and petroleum industry of our country,railway transportation volume of dangerous goods is growing constantly.The dangerous freight transportation is high in risk and hard to manage,but the types of dangerous goods railway handle are various,and handle conditions are special,which lead to higher risk of railway dangerous goods than others.Therefore,the railway department highly focus on transportation of gangerous goods all the time.However,the nowadays safety management of railway dangerous goods are experiential,and short of a systematical,scientifical,effective and comprehensive assessment methods.For this situation,the thesis study the safety assessment of railway transportation of dangerous goods systematically.The thsis will analyze the characteristics of railway transportation of dangerous goods and its influenced factors,according to legislation of state safety production and the situation of transportation of dangerous goods,combine with the experts and scholars' investigation,and the drawbacks of the former safety assessment index of railway transportation of dangerous goods,build safety assessment index system of railway transportation of dangerous goods,construct fuzzy comprehensive safety assessment model of railway transportation of dangerous goods.In the process of research,for the problems of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the paper adopts the improved analytic hierarchy process and calculates the weighing of index,and adjusts some irrational weighing.In the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the paper designs safety inspection chart,and adopts circular distribution of member function,and determines characteristic quantity of safety scale.The paper adopts the feeder road of dangerous goods of Lanzhou Lanthin chemical company,and apply and verify the model's validity.In the index system built,the paper deal with the index the Lanthin involved specially,and determines its safety scales with characteristic quantity of safety scale.The result show that the model built is suitable to the productive practice of dangerous goods transportation.In the practical application,it can reach the assessment result through vernier regulation of index of corresponding corporate.
