| Dangerous goods have features such as flammable, explosive, toxic, etc. Besides when they are transported the processes are complex. In case the accident happens there will be very serious consequences. Now high speed trains are in operation one after another, it is bound to have a profound impact on the transportation of dangerous goods by rail. So how to straighten out the operating relationship among Railway Breuer, the Railway Ministry, Train Operation Depot, and the station to promote the process of restructuring of dangerous goods’ transportation on the premise of ensuring the safety of transport efficiency is the purpose of this paper.On the basis of searching the literature and field survey, this paper firstly analyze the existing problems in the operation and management of dangerous goods, and combines the transport situations of dangerous goods home and aboard to discuss the present situation of the dangerous goods transport of Hohhot Railway bureau.Secondly, by strategy analyzing the dangerous goods transport of Hohhot Railway Administration, we use SWOT analysis method to evaluate the development direction of operations management. And by restructuring the dangerous goods transport resources of Hohhot railway Bureau and promoting dangerous goods transport intensive operation, we hope to regulate the three level dangerous goods transport management units from Railway bureau to Train operation depot to the station. By designing the information system construction of dangerous goods, we can make sure the economy and feasibility of the strategic orientation and process restructure.Finally, by making the feasible analysis of transport resources of dangerous goods and business process restructure, we make the result that turning the operation and management mode of dangerous goods transport is practical. On the basis we can make safe culture construction of dangerous goods and we can guarantee the safety of dangerous goods transportation. |
