Comprehensive Safety Analysis Of Railway Transportation Of Dangerous Goods

According to the relevant management provisions for the railway transportation ofdangerous goods, before project approval, the comprehensive analyses and evaluationshould be made and the research report should be presented by a professional andtechnical institution for adding the new dangerous goods category, changingthe dangerous goods packaging for transportation and building or rebuilding a largedangerous goods transportation project. The safety comprehensive analysis on therailway transportation of dangerous goods is the transportation safety comprehensiveanalysis to the railway freight station, special line and carrier to handle with thetransportation of dangerous goods transportation. The analysis is crucial to themanagement system for the railway dangerous goods transportation. However, there is alittle scientific basis and detailed standard for the concrete content, main means anddetection technology and means for the safety analysis of dangerous goods becausethere is a little research on the comprehensive analysis on the railway transportation ofdangerous goods and there is no unified model for the comprehensive safety analysis onrailway transportation of dangerous goods. These problems bring about the safetyhidden treat to the railway transportation of dangerous goods, so the safety of thetransportation of dangerous goods can not be guaranteed.In order to improve the quality of the comprehensive safety analysis on the railwaytransportation of dangerous goods and make the comprehensive analysis results morescientific, systematic, specific, this paper studies the comprehensive safety analysis onrailway transportation of dangerous goods mainly from the following four aspects: First,combined with the actual situation and according to the risk factors existed in therailway transportation of dangerous goods and the different conditions for thecomprehensive analysis, the comprehensive safety analysis on the railwaytransportation of dangerous goods should be classified and each category should besubdivided. Secondly, by the field investigation and the retrieval of relevant documents,in accordance with the relevant provisions, the study was done on the technical ways forthe comprehensive safety analysis on railway transportation of dangerous goods,including the technical detection means and analysis method. Thirdly, according to the contents and methods for the comprehensive safety analysis on railway transportation ofdangerous goods, the comprehensive safety evaluation model was established forrailway transportation of dangerous goods to promote the comprehensive evaluationmode for the comprehensive safety analysis on railway transportation of dangerousgoods by taking the reasonable analysis steps. Fourthly, the application of thecomprehensive evaluation to the object of the comprehensive analysis in the specificcases show this research result is feasible. In a word, this research not only cannormalize and improve the comprehensive safety analysis on railway transportation ofdangerous goods, but also can make the analysis be made with rules and make the theanalysis report more standard.
