With view to assuring ATV's qualities of security, stabilization and passage, saving the cost of ATV's development, raising the efficiency of ATV's production, decreasing unnecessary number the of model's experiment, the author made the best of the theory of finite element and applied ANSYS to analyzing the ATV's frame that it is the primary component leading to ATV's inactivation and traffic accident.Basing on the ATV's frame mode of Pro/E, making the best of the theory of finite element and applied ANSYS to analyzing it, the dissertation include static stress, deformation and dynamic modality, and analysis' data result, dynamic result. Consequently, according to the analysis' result, the author seek the key place of dangle stress, presented matters need attention to preventing some problems of design and process' procedure so that it can decrease the dangle stress of key place. Based on the original mode, the author development a improved mode and applied systematic analysis, gain the result and improved data. The results meet the necessity of engineering reality and near the experiment's data so that the company used it as ATV design and production's criterion to manufacture. The result calculated and method established in the dissertation can be a reference to help ATV designer develop and product and others ATV.
