Electric control concrete mixer truck, compared with traditional concrete mixer truck, bring advantages of constant rotation speed, rotation speed of mixer drum not changed by chassis engine. So, the intensity of concrete conveyed is more greatly , loss of landslip degree is less ; system pressure fluctuate little and rotation speed of mixer drum is slow and the sum of rotation of the drum is few, so those components in the mixer truck have a less wear and a longer life . It becomes current trend of concrete mixer truck.In this paper, after analyzing working principles of the mixer truck. A program is established that a electronic system is installed in a CXZ81K classis for mixer truck from Japan, Control of gas in the classis is mechanical control. Accomplishing design and calculating of helix blade and the drum, the most important part in the mixer truck, analyzing and designing of the working hydraulic system and electric- hydraulic proportion control system and electric control system, researching the relation between rotation speed and homogeneous quality of concrete. Its mathematical model is built and in the meantime, finished lots of test in the field, the results of test verified extraordinary advantages of the constant rotation speed control system.
