So it is impossible to restraint users, customary of energy consumption and improve the operation management level of property managers using the energy saving technology only.So improving the building energy efficiency of large-scale public buildings in operation stage need rely on energy efficiency management measures. The government implement the economic encourage policies to eliminate the external influence and establish reasonable charges mechanism to improve the energy-saving initiative.Building owner conducts energy audits on a regular basis to eliminate the problem of asymmetric information. |
