Conceptual Design And Research Of New Countryside Residential Architecture In Henan

Ever since the reform and opening, the economic sturcture, population sturcture, revenue sturcture and idealogy of rural area in HeNan have witnessed many changes. The pursue of material life and spirit life in HeNan rural area has become increasingly closed to the city ,and the rural residence has kept the trend of the urbanization development. However, because of plenty of the HeNan rural residence constructed by farmer themselves, processed decentralizely, lack of the assistance of occupational architects and relative technology guidance, it appeared a series of problems, such as large but not proper, exuberant, dysfunctional, wrongly layouted, wasted land, monotonous style, little features and so on.The design of rural residence is different from the city. The rural residence is the symbol of the property in farmer families and the necessity of life, which has particularly functional requirement and environmental requirement. According to the exploration of the thesis, try hard to master the creation approach in the design of newly-rural residence and understand the humanistic spirit and living connotation.The new countryside of socialism is a state of rural socialism, which is adaptable to modern technology civilization and market economy and democracy in the system of socialism, at the same time, set a sign for socialist progress of all-round, attempt to construct a harmonious community. Meanwhile, it represents a newly rural production and life style in all areas, which not only achieve the harmony between the human and the nature but the harmony among the human beings.The paper firstly try to cut from the form of the traditional residence in central plains, which statistics and analyse the development of its space form through investigation and largely processed residence, try to conclude the valuable formation laws of the residence in central plains materially. Furthermore, based on the above results, it continues to discuss the existed relation between residence in central plains and the customs and culture of ordinary person in central plains. In the end, the paper recommends the conceptual design of residential buildings in the future for new countryside in central plains from the perspective of the space and places.Finally, developing design practice based on the theory research, we felt the substantial meaning profoundly, which realizes the combination between theory and practice and make bold use of the theory discussed in the article of the design of new countryside residence in practice.
