A Study On The Regional Architecture Of Henan And Culture Of Central Plains

In this thesis,the research of regional architecture of Henan is based on two reasons. one is that the research of modern regional architectural culture has become Chinese architectural culture as a whole in-depth research and development, it is the retrospect of Chinese architect to the modern practice of Chinese architecture in recent thirty years. Especially in the backgroud of"globalization", to architecture field, globalization and regional architecture has become the continuer of Chinese architecture modernization and ethical form problem.The other is the effect of the culture of Central Plains c. Saying from the big conception, the architectural culture of Central Plains consists the architectural culture collectivity of Yellow River drainage area,north of China,the area which can expand to the culture of Confucianism. Henan is in the middle of this aera. Because of its geography,history and culture, the regional architecture of Henan has become the principal part of Central Plains architecture. The tradition and form of Henan regional architecture has become a carrier of the culture of Central Plains, and effects the course of Chinese traditional architecture with the spread of the culture of Central Plains. This is the reason why in this thesis the relationship and interaction of them is emphasized and it is also a cultural visual angle of research on the regional architecture of Henan.The history of Henan regional architecture is not the range of architecture cases, but the developing history of the relationship of human, architecture and nature. The culture of Central Plains and Henan regional architecture are the representation. Through tidying up the field studying data, surveying and mapping data and literature, we analyzed the representative architecture in Henna area, some of which is firstly introduced. So, we can not only summarize the characters of the architectures, but also described the development progress and disciplinarian of the appearance and the development of the area architecture, in the aspect of culture, society and economics. We opened out the area's character and recognized their types, combing the culture and environment in Henan, and also searched the creation and mechanism.The main contents of this paper includes two parts: Inheritance and regeneration of Henan regional architecture. Inheritance is the systemic pectination of the regional architecture type of Henan and the academic relation of the culture of Central Plains. Regeneration is mainly about the protection and development of the regional architecture of Henan. Enlarging the research of the regional architecture of Henan to the contemporary era world architecture, putting forward problems about new regional architecture,architectural noumenon and so on. The innovations are made on the new field of regional architecture,the generation view of regional architecture and the regeneration of up-to-date Henan regional architecture.
