The concrete is an indispensable part of modern civil engineering, the largest amount, the most widely used materials. However ordinary concrete is not as expected so safety. Phenomenon of structural damage caused by insufficient durability is the growing.The result of economic losses can not be ignored. Thus, quality control of concrete structures that will meet the requirements of safety and durability is of the moment.Along with concrete materials scientific advances,People began to study the work of high, high durability, volume stability of the concrete, that is high performance concrete. It is of great significance to the conservation of energy resources, improvement of working conditions,the use of industrial waste, the protection of the environment and so on.In view of HPC gradely used in the project, baseing on more comprehensive analysis, the paper designes the strength test (a total of 198 samples) and elastic modulus tests (a total of 36 samples), analysises the experimental data,finds the laws of HPC strength. It studies strength forecast methods, verifies with experimental data.After completion of the paper, It can predict the regularity of the concrete strength changes in the construction process of the Yellow River bridge. Combined with the introducted concrete maturity detector IntelliRockII, It can accurately determine the demolition time of the concrete support and formwork and the opportunity to exert prestressing force;effectively prevent the economic losses and casualties caused by the premature demolition of formwork and application of prestressing force early; ensure concrete project quality,and shorten the construction period, and accelerate the progress of the projects, improve equipment turnover rate,create tremendous economic benefits,has extensive application value.
