The existing quality cost theory is often limited to the qualitative analysis of quality cost based on the rate of qualified product, which is the level of quality. The research about the changes of quality cost based on the entire life cycle has long been neglected. The goal that an enterprise carries on quality cost decision-making is to reach some kind of balance between quality and cost. Traditional quality cost theory has not taken problems like market competition, customer satisfaction and technological progress into consideration, thus it exposes many inherent limitation. On the basis of the latest research achievements, this article takes problems like quality cost, economic efficiency and product's life cycle into consideration, set up the improvement design decision-making model based on quality cost, the mathematical model can help the enterprise know that improve the design in which stage of product's life cycle it will get the largest economic benefits.Firstly, this article has analyzed the limitation of the traditional quality cost theory and discusses the quality cost mathematical model proposed by the academicians of the same field. From a new angle of view, the article has restructured the mathematical model of quality cost based on life cycle. Secondly, this article studies the relationship between the quality cost and customer satisfaction, establish the model of quality cost based on customer satisfaction, take the largest economic benefits of enterprise as the objective to determine the optimal level of customer satisfaction. Besides, this article considers the impact of market indeterminacy, customer satisfaction and technological progress, set up the mathematical model of quality cost based on the largest economic benefits of enterprise.This article set up the comprehensive model of evalution quality cost effective based on fuzzy mathematical knowledge. The overall objective is the effective of quality cost evaluation, two indicators of the customer satisfaction, quality cost and quality earnings. The last is an application in air conditioning factory of this comprehensive model of evaluation quality cost effect and an application of generators product of this improvment design decision-making model based on quality cost.
