Central heating in north China is a major event in the life of the city, such large-scale implementation has made outstanding contributions to enhance city's level of modernization and improve urban air quality. The further development of the city central heating has been restricted because the problem about city's central heating energy was wasted and the charging irrationality according to residential area is becoming more and more severe. With improvement of people'awareness of energy-saving and reform of fee system, it has been a trend to charge heat according to heating energy used by the users instead of sharing the costs of heating according to heating area. So heat meter is crucial equipment which implements system reform of urban heat supply and charges according to heat. The purpose of researching the subject to offer users a kind of intelligence instrument that can accurately measure heat consumption and solve the difficult of charging.The heat meter that this paper introduced adopts LC oscillator as flow sensor, Pt1000 as temperature sensor. The signal of flow and temperature is separately magnified and compared to send MCU.The MCU adopts low-power MSP430FW427, it is used for measuring data and calculating flow and heat. According to the whole principles of the system and the needs of the heat meters, adopt the more advanced non-magnetic traffic flow measurement to design traffic flow acquisition module, make use of hypotenuse of the A/D converter features achieved by internal comparator of the single-chip to design temperature measurement module, make use of the driver module integrated in the internal single-chip to design LCD drive module and give the structure of the hardware and software procedure. The new type non-magnetic heat meters studied in this paper realized real-time measurement on flow, temperature, the heat in the heating system, and displayed the actual energy values consummated by users according to the user's heating conditions and charge heat on the basis of this data. It realized that to calculate according to the actual use by the user'actual consumption. And this show that the practical application of heat meters has high anti-interference, no rust from all types of water, the impact of impurities, hardware and software have been simplified and reduced power consumption; accuracy and stability have been greatly improved.
