| Shock absorber is an important equipment of suspension of vehicles, whose performance will affect the manipulation,stability,cosiness of the vehicle and the quality of the whole vehicle.The purpose of the test of kinetics performance of shock absorber is through monitoring the the various parameters when the absorber is working we can make sure whether the parameters accord with the design requirements so as to offer the technical guarantee to trains' safety and its smooth,uninterrupted operation:through the test and records of the shock absorber which is working with load in the actual line,we can get the main vibration frequency, the maximum length of the stretch, the minimum length of the compression, temperature, vertical acceleration of axle and amend the shock absorber damping characteristics to meet the actual demand according to the final data analysis. As a result, the development of high-speed train damper software and hardware detection system is of great significance.The function of the software system of kinetic performance test of shock absorber is controlling data acquisition devices through the wireless network and achieving visual user interface of data collected. A design proposal of software system of kinetic performance test of shock absorber was introduced in this paper which based on the requirement of " methods to identify and assess standards of railway locomotives kinetic performance test " and " kinetic performance evaluation and testing norms of railway vehicle ". Test system is mainly composed of sensors, acquisition cards, wireless transmission equipment, man-machine interfaces, such as several major parts. According to the design of the overall layout, this paper put its emphasis on programs of acquisition cards procedures of the man-machine interface software, and the realization of the control of entire system of test. At last this paper puts forward a new idea to software program of test system.
