Shock absorbers consume energy from the ground through their own damping properties,because the structure of the shock absorber affects the damping characteristics of the shock absorber,sensitivity analysis of each component structure of the shock absorber can be carried out to study and analyze the influence degree of each structure on the damping characteristics of the shock absorber,and then matching optimization can be carried out to improve ride comfort of the car.This paper takes SUV model as the research object.Shock absorber modeling,sensitivity analysis,and the final optimization of simulation are done.according to a sample vehicle parameters provided by the enterprise,the Mc Pherson front suspension matching,calculation and preliminary design,including suspension stiffness,dynamic and static deflection,shock absorber damping and other matching calculation work.According to the large deflection theory of the valve plate,the solution method suitable for the large deformation of the shock absorber valve plate is proposed and verified by comparison of finite element simulation.The correctness of the solution is proved.Using AMEsim software,according to the mathematical model of shock absorber recovery and compression stroke,derivation of the shock absorber of the module to model,considering the nonlinear characteristic of valve plates,using the spring module variable to simulate the valve in the library,import combined method calculation of valve plate stress curve,making it a variable stiffness model of the valve plates.The correctness of the model was verified by the indicator experiment.The damping characteristic curve is compared and analyzed to study the influence of the specific structure of the shock absorber on the damping characteristic of the shock absorber,which lays the foundation for the optimization of the shock absorber below.With the aid of ADAMS vehicle model,the best combination form of valve disc is matched in a certain practical range.Finally,based on AMEsim vehicle model,shock absorber model and random road model,the parameters related to shock absorber are optimized.The DOE and genetic algorithm modules in the software are used respectively.The DOE analysis module is used to select the structural parameters that have a great influence on the damping characteristics and generate Pareto diagram.Through the DOE analysis of AMEsim,the selection variables are optimized for the genetic algorithm below.After studying the evaluation index of ride comfort,combining with the actual situation,the RMS value of weighted acceleration of vehicle vertical vibration was selected as the optimization target of genetic algorithm.Finally,the vehicle shock absorber is optimized and analyzed by AMEsim genetic algorithm module.By comparing the vibration curves before and after optimization,the optimization results were analyzed.The optimization study shows that the vertical vibration of the shock absorber vehicle is significantly improved after comparing the ride comfort of the vehicle before and after optimization.Therefore,the results of this paper can be used to predict the damping characteristics of the shock absorber,and can also provide some reference for the development and design of the shock absorber.
