With the development of shock absorber ,whose charactoristics directly influence the comfortbility and stability of the car body's performance, a kind of design and implemention of the dynamics test system is given in this paper aiming to resolve the problem that has trapped our transportation.To meet the needs of modern testing instruments of vehiele performance, this paper proposes a new way of using ZigBee technology to achieve acquiring sensor data, building up a data aequisition system based on ZigBee communication technology.This system realizes the system of wireless data aequisition and processing for shock absorber performance test.The function of the hardware system of kinetic performance test of shock absorber is controlling data acquisition devices via wireless network and achieving visual user interface of data collected. A design proposal of hardware system of kinetic performance test of shock absorber is introduced in this paper which is based on the requirement of " methods to identify and assess standards of railway locomotives kinetic performance test " and " kinetic performance evaluation and testing norms of railway vehicle ". The test system is mainly composed of sensors, acquisition card, wireless transmission equipment, man-machine interfaces, etc. According to the design of the overall layout, this paper put its emphasis on programs of acquisition cards procedures and data storage. At last this paper gives suggestions on hardware design of the test system.
