| As an important part of vehicle suspension system.Shock absorbers restrain spring from springs rebound during the driving process.Consequently,the function of protecting bodywork and shock absorption be realized.The quality of shock absorber affects the amenity,handling stability and safety of the vehicle.Each absorber must be tested before leave the factory.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of absorber test in beltline as well as satisfy the requirements of performance traceability.It have great significance to develop a performance test and traceability system for shock absorber with high accuracy,high efficiency and traceability.According to the requirement of shock absorber performance test and traceability.This paper studies the absorber performance test method,performance traceability and failure distinguish mechanism.A method for identifying failure modes of absorbers based on performance traceability is proposed and the membership table of failure characteristic grade of shock absorber is established.According to the shock absorber performance test and traceability mechanism,the overall scheme of the system is determined.Include the hardware scheme which based on LabVIEW and PLC control servo motor drive sinusoidal mechanism as well as the software scheme which based on event structure and traceability mode tester-server-client.According to the hardware scheme,complete the hardware construction of test system and traceability system.Include dynamic matching and selection of excitation system,3D design by CATIA and build 2D engineering drawings,selection and construction of electrical hardware for test system.According to the software scheme,complete the software development of tester and server by means of LabVIEW graphical programming,LabSQL and SQL Server data management,feature extraction and division.Include development of absorber performance test program,performance traceability program,failure distinguish program and configuration the database in the tester and server.The accuracy of speed,cycle and force are verified by the verification test of the test system.The results shows that the shock absorber performance test and traceability system has high precision of excitation and periodic control,accurate stop position,remarkable sinusoidal waveform,high precision of force test,round shock absorber performance curve.It satisfy the test of high precision,high efficiency and quasi-stop.The validity of traceability function and failure distinguish function are verified by traceability and failure distinguish test of the shock absorber.The results shows that the shock absorber performance test and traceability system can accurately review the original test information and compare with the current test data to determine whether or not failure and display the failure type. |
