The hollow board mainly uses in the concrete beam bridge, and the overlay of hollow board bridge mainly uses cement concrete. Because of the hollow board bridge has the special feature, the hollow board bridge overlay damage in the early age of the actual operation seriously. So, how to design appropriate overly structure and the material is very important for improving overlay's service life and quality.In view of this question, this thesis has carried on the computation through the finite element method to the) overlay on cement concrete hollow board bridge with different span; and analyzed the loading stress and temperature stress for the cement concrete overlay; discussed the variation rule of the stresses of the cement concrete overlay on different form hollow board bridge. And analyzed each kind of factor that influence the stress of the cement concrete overlay on hollow board bridge. Then, discussed the influence of the hinge joint, the module, the interlayer contact, the pre-stress and the steel fabric separately. This thesis has established a cement concrete overlay thickness design method based on the limit shear strain. Simultaneously research the material performance of the steel fiber reinforcement cement concrete. Finally introduce the surfacing and the service condition of the experiment road.
