At present, a majority of Old Cement Concrete Pavement were closing to its designed life, even some of them were exceeded in China. According to the rapidly developing application demand of highway transportation, there have appeard widespread destruction need to be repaired. Rubblization is a treatment methods technique of old PCCP, which is an important way of overhaul or rebuilding. Because of its effect in anti-reflective cracking, rapid construction speed, little impact of environmental and traffic, it has been used widely. But the research and application of rubblization technology is not very mature, therefore we should research systemically of rubblization technology and its overlay structure according to the domestic specific conditions, which has important theoretical price and practical significance.This article reference to a large number of rubblization structure model in domestic and international, take example by existing research methods of moisture and temperature gradient. Put forward the calculation method of translating nonlinear temperature distribution into linear temperature distribution, translating moisture gradient into temperature gradient. On this basis, combined with structural layer of rubblization, proposed the concept that using modulus token differents structural layer of rubblization. Introducing spring unit simulate joint and Load transfer ability between shoulder and pavement through the finite element software ABAQUS. Then establish simulation model of void or not under boards according to the pavement structureâ…¢of Chongluo highway test sections. Analyze the parameters influence of Cement Concrete overlay Structural stress in old cement road rubblization. Considering the changes of Cement Concrete overlay Structure's thickness, void size, the lower modulus of rubblization structure, load transfer coefficients of the joint and temperature gradient, the tress nomograms of Cement Concrete overlay Structural stress in old cement road rubblization under vehicle load, moisture gradient and temperature gradient design case and fatigue damage prediction procedure are given.Based on Cement Concrete overlay Structure and load characteristics in old rubblization cement road, with the stress intensity factors theory of fracturemechanics and finite element simulation model to analyze rubblization technique which is or not useful to mitigate feflecting crack, and analyze cracking mechanism of Cement Concrete overlay Structure in old rubblization cement road. Put forward Multiple-Head Breaker rubblization construction process and parameters based on the test road testing results, combined with test and test results to calibrate mechanical model of pavement structure, reflecting the actual situation of pavement structure stress more real.
