| With the rapid development of economy, China's transportation construction has made great achievements. The advantages of the cement concrete pavement with high strength, good stability and good durability make it be used broadly worldwide in the highway construction.With the effect of vehicle loading and environmental influence, the performance of PCC pavement declined gradually. It wasn't the time for AC overlay repaving until the service performance (toughness, skid-resistance and bearing-capacity et.) of PCC pavement degraded down to a specific level, or the existing pavement cannot satisfied the future transportation. The standard method of extending a pavement's service life is to lay a new AC overlay over the old PCC.According to the unique structure of overlay composite pavement, the finite element methods and multi-layer system theory are adopted in the dissertation, which associated with deep research in damage theory, mechanic analysis and life-prediction mold of AC overlay on old PCC pavement. This text analyzed the mechanistic of reflective cracking initiation and the methods to preventing reflective cracking. Established separately has the interlayer and the non-interlayer pavement structure model. Analyzed additionally builds the band after the vehicles load function spreads the level stress subduction function to the asphalt concrete overlay. After the finite element analyzing of the asphalt pavement with composite interlayer, the result can be found that if put the APP linoleum under the stress absorbed layer, the stress of the asphalt concrete overlay and the composite interlayer will possible further to reduce. Analyzed additionally with the regulating course under the reinforcement band the pavement structure to carry on the finite element analysis, similarly might play the role which reduced or the postponement reflection crack produced. |
