With the promotion of China's economic strength,China's highway network construction has made remarkable achievements in many highway has been built in the base structure,basically all the cement stabilized macadam base is characterized by high strength,good overall performance,rigidity,load distribution ability,good water stability and the construction process is relatively simple,easy material,low construction cost.But this kind of structure has many problems,as a brittle material,it is easily affected by the temperature and humidity of the formation of cracks,it will affect the result,pavement early damage;in the construction process,how to solve the problem of bonding between the layers,making the grass as far as possible the overall force is needed to solve the problem,to solve the above problems,this paper research from the material composition and construction process,combined with the test section of the stratified paving cement stabilized macadam paving forming a construction method.First,through access to a large amount of information,to find a more reasonable mixture of gradation composition,and then mix design.The design mainly adopts two kinds of molding methods of vibration compaction and compaction to obtain maximum dry density and optimum moisture content of different cement dosage,and through the 7d from the test section with reasonable ratio of compressive strength.Secondly,performance test with the mixture in the interior of the road,respectively adopt static pressure method and vibration method of forming specimen,analysis of unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength test results,compressive modulus,crack resistance,anti erosion performance in different curing period.Finally,through the solid engineering,a detailed description of the cement stabilized crushed stone base layer of a molding technology Construction technology and quality control point.
