With the speedway more develop in our country, our country's speedway has occured more changes from material, structure,constr- uction, technology, management and construct environment. In the new situation in order to better control the quality of the project, this research is carried out, in the hope of in many further more control the roadbed and the road surface's quality of the speedway especially inthe spact of construction and management's quality requirements.in our country.In this paper, the main freeway roadbed and road surface of Xihan project to study the quality of inspection work. Research includes quality control of filling embankment, asphalt road test, improve and enhance the assessment of standards and to improve the quality of project supervision and engineering supervision.On the filling stone embankment, the main two aspects of research from the filling embankment and compaction of embankment construction control. Commonly used stone embankment fill compaction quality control methods are summarized, and a variety of methods and their advantages and disadvantages of the solution. For mixed rock embankment, According to the specificity of filler, A new degree of compaction of the test methods basing on load changes fill porosity.At present,the asphalt pavement materials and construction technology has achieved great development in our country. However, in the asphalt pavement testing quality indicators, most traditional methods is used, low efficiency, poor accuracy in our country. In this paper, some study on the current international advanced test methods carry out. Combinating the site comparison test, feasibility and reliability of these fast, non-destructive testing is further proved.Published and formulation of the"Highway Engineering Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standards" is summaried and reviewed. The study that Dividing into sub-projects,statistical methods and short-circuit-based quality assessment carried out on the fourth sub-standard works. More conducive to quality assessment division of the sub-project method is proposed. The minimum sampling frequency of the short-circuit-based has been determined from the perspective of mathematical statistics.Research of the importance of the current supervision and the functions of the government supervisory work is carried out. Considerring their problems in the current, combinating construction, The method to further strengthen supervision of quality of engineering supervision and goverment supervision is proposed.
