With the continuous increase of Urbanization in China,infrastructure constructi on is being vigorously constructed,especially the construction process of urban rail transit is rapidly improving[1].In the process of urban rail transit construct ion,construction accidents occur frequently,so the safety monitoring of urban r ail transit is essential.At present,urban rail transit safety monitoring has many monitoring contents,c omplicated processing methods,large amount of results reported,and easy to p roduce accidental operation errors.In this paper,based on chengdu rail transit Line 18 and Line 19 project and referring to various technical requirements of subway construction safety monitoring,through in-depth research and integration of settlement,horizontal displacement,vertical displacement,axial force,water level,survey,mid-ground displacement and other monitoring data processing m ethods in daily safety monitoring,To develop a set of software system which can automatically process the original data of various instruments,analyze and generate data,and input the results of various requirements,so as to greatly re duce the manual error,reduce the cost of supporting personnel and office equi pment,and improve the efficiency of monitoring data processing.First of all,in view of the problem that the current monitoring instruments(tot al station,level,water level meter,inclinometer,frequency meter,etc.)need to frequently switch the analytical software for analysis,this paper analyzes the d ata of the above monitoring instruments through standardized monitoring data i ntegration.Automatic integration of settlement,horizontal displacement,vertical displacement,survey,water level,axial force,ground displacement,clearance co nvergence of eight different types of monitoring data is realized.Each type of monitoring instrument is divided into five parts:data import,file generation,da ta display,data processing and data storage.Secondly,the monitoring data processing analysis is an important link of monitoring data analysis,is also the most intuitive reflect the result of the monitoring,in view of this,this paper designed a monitoring module,data processing analysis solves the problems of data denoising,trend prediction,at the same time for the connection between the different types of safety monitoring data,the safety intelligent multi-parameter evaluation standard model,Reduce the difficulty of manual analysis,improve the efficiency and effect of data analysis.On this basis,the automatic generation of monitoring results mainly includes the basic data reanalysis,graphical display of different types of data and the design of automatic export of multiple types of ledger.At the same time,according to the requirements of project management,this paper realizes the automatic analysis and generation of the day,week,month and annual report in the monitoring report.Practical application shows that the system can greatly solve different data instrument need operation of software design,integrating function of daily use,has an automatic report generation method,has the characteristics of simple operation,compared with traditional exporting the report takes a long problem,can quickly generate relevant reports,has important application value and market prospect. |
