Internal electronic piezo gauge is the ideal equipment for gun pressure testing, but it is used in harsh environment, so the static calibration of electronic piezo gauge uses in testing actually discovered that the measured data spreads, the precision to be low. To guarantee high precision for internal electronic piezo gauge in high temperature, high pressure and high impact, simulative bore of the gun calibration system is developed. The environment of high temperature, high pressure can be obtained in this system. Internal electronic piezo gauge can be calibrated in the environment simulated by it, to obtain dynamic sensitivity of this instrument. The dynamic sensitivity used to calculate the measured results show that internal electronic piezo gauge calibrated in the application environment can avoid the decline of the precision brought by the difference between the environment used and calibrated effectively.In this dissertation, four aspects are included:Firstly, introduced the internal electronic piezo gauge's static calibration, after an analysis of the static calibration of electronic piezo gauge for the measurement process of the reasons for poor data.Secondly, since electronic piezo gauge is ready for use in harsh environment, the calibration technology of the environment has been proposed in the paper. The necessity of the applied environment calibration has been analyzed. All kinds of conditions were demonstrated, which make the calibration of environment come into existence. The times of the calibration experiment that we have done has up to 2000. Introduced the calibration data processing method in detail. Moreover, the process of calibration has validated the reliability of the measurement.Next, in view of the number of calibration test many, long-cycle problem, proposed that using the pressure curve relevance calibration electron piezo gauge, and demonstrated the reasonableness of the method. This method can guarantee the accuracy of pressure calibration under the premise of effectively reducing the number of calibration experiment, substantial savings of manpower and material, shorten the calibration cycle effectively.The last, the gauge which has been calibrated by the pressure curve relativity will be used in the actual measurement, to make an analysis of measured data.
