Full superconductor HT-7U tokamak is a complex super-conducting machine. Vacuum system is one of important parts. The plasma of tokamak discharges in 10-410-1Pa. The measurement and control of vacuum degree directly touch the quality of plasma and touch the intension, energy and rank of beam of light. In order to improve nicety measurement and control of vacuum degree, we must accurately measure the vacuum degree. Aim at the acuurate measurement and the control requirement of full superconductor HT-7U tokamak we work out a device of vacuum gauge comparison method calibration . It not only satisfy need but also save cost.. Then the paper focuses on explaining the principle of the structure and calibration method and analyzing the error and demonstrating the rationality of least-squares method. In this thesis, the author introduces correlation coefficient, standard variance and accuracy estimate aiming to discuss the process method of measurement error. Correction factors of application environment are figured out. It has long been proved by practice that the measuring accuracy of gauges is improved and by calibrating the measurement of gauge' is repeatability. The calibration in application environment is active meaning.
