A Study On Process Plan And Control Of Power Plant Units Overhaul

The progress plan and control of units overhaul is the central link of the power plant overhaul management. Now, due to using the traditional management methods and lack of new theories and new methods in power plant overhaul management, it often has a departure between the overhaul process plan and the practical project. Make the waste of time and resources, and then impact on the realization of power plant business benefit goal. This paper chose the process plan and control of power plant units overhaul as the studying subject and chose the Shiheng power plant which was the department of the author as the example. It paid attention to the problems and shortcomings of power plant equipment overhaul to survey and analysis. Firstly, this paper designed the process plan of power plan units overhaul applying the network planning theories and methods of operations research. Based on this, it used the critical chain approach to optimize the process plan and realize process control. Therefore, it realized the target to shorten the time limit and balance the resources and gave a reference for improving the overhaul management of power generation enterprises.
