| Under the impact of the globalization tide,many landscape works are stereotyped and lose the regionally characteristic through blindly imitating the developed countries' landscape;numerous landscape architectures without individuality,destroyed the original texture of cities;and issues such as energy shortage,environment pollution and technology abuse etc.have greatly influenced human viability and development.Under this background,this paper introduces¨the Critical Regionalism" design theory.And through analyzing and researching so foreign landscape architectures that features Regionalism characters,this paper reveals the current development and trend of foreign landscape architectures. Meanwhile.based on analysis,self-reflection and criticism of current state of Chinese landscape architecture,this paper means to look for the leads for the relevant modern Chinese landscape practice at its initial and developing stage,and try to summarize the features of critical regionalism as well as regional landscape.It also brings forward relative opinions on how to face the worldwide culture and regional culture. |
