Study On Comprehensive Assessment Method For Urban Eco-Traffic System

At the late years, by putting forward the concept of urban eco-traffic system, there is little consensus regarding what urban eco-traffic system really means and how it can be evaluated. The paper has discussed this point.Based on the concept of urban eco-traffic system and the theory of the traffic environment carrying capacity. Give out and evaluate the six indicators of the traffic function, the traffic management, the traffic environmental pollution carrying capacity, the traffic environmental resource carrying capacity, the traffic environmental psychology carrying capacity and the traffic environmental economy carrying capacity. And has built the index system of the urban eco-traffic system with the theory of the traffic environment carrying capacity.With respect to the problems of comprehensive evaluation methods that we have established can't measure the comprehensive evaluation value by a perfect method. And the evaluation conclusions are not consistent or appropriate that evaluating by different people or using different comprehensive evaluation methods. The new concept of the Value Interval Estimation of Comprehensive Evaluation (VIECE) has been put forward by the author. Based on the AHP, the Value Interval Estimation Model of Comprehensive Evaluation (AHP-VIEMCE) has been established in this paper. As the key steps, the index weightings are given by some professionals and then calculate the comprehensive evaluation values that are used as samples. Then the value interval estimation of comprehensive evaluation is constructed based on these samples. Finally, a numerical example has been given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.The concept of the Interval Estimation of Comprehensive Assessment Method has been put forward by the author. And has built the assessing model of the urban eco-traffic system with AHP-VIEMCE.
