Road Landscape System Research Of Villa District

The roads in Villa district are restrained by two factors: regulation and landscape. Regulation road is not at liberty to change, but the landscape category of the road is a scene in accordance with the need for the creation of landscaping. Also, roads are divided into different levels, different grades of roads range of different functions. Villa district is first planned by the developer, and then in accordance with the planning departments of the laws and regulations on building a reasonable distribution system. So the villa district road system is determined by both controllable factor and uncontrollable factor. In addition, the residents of villa district are special kind of people, distinct from the residential level of congregated house. The environment and landscape of villa district is different from congregated house, residents' behavior also differ from those because of the environmental impact.In villa district, the space environment outside the building is linked by the road as a skeleton system, and they formed a whole body of venation. The road landscape system is a key line in the research of the whole space environment of villa district. The road Landscape system design is essential. It has a deep connotation, the success of road landscape design direct impact on the atmosphere of the villa environment, landscape patterns, traffic flow line organization, and the extent of land-intensive. At present, the design of villas district exist some problems, such as waste of land, destroy of environment, blindly construct and so on. Those problems violated the land-intensive, user-friendly design of the villa district.In this paper, the villa district in Beijing region is the research carrier, research focus on road landscape system of the villa district, consider with the Beijing villa district features, the national conditions of less land for more Chinese and the actual current state of development of villas. The Research focus on roads and the landscape environment of villa district, then find out how to make the road landscape design more natural, user-friendly, land-intensive and sustainable development. After search and read a great deal of literature, then start to field investigation of the four representative villa district in Beijing. After analysis the road system of villa district, the relationship between road and other landscape elements, then contrast these different cases horizontally and vertically. Through summed up the specific methods of road landscape design to achieve the use of resources, environmental protection, economic use of land and the construction of humane purpose of the villa district.
