Study On Landscape Architecture Of The Villa Area In China

Based on having learned the development of the domestic and oversea villa districts construction systematically, the author has written this essay after the research into the design theories, design principles, design contents and conditions and features of the landscape planning of the current domestic villa projects through the case analysis of some classic villa districts and aims to provide the theorietical support and experience for the planning and designing of villa landscape by applying the related landscape planning and designing and landscape ecology. Four conclusions have been drawn as follows in the essay through the research,:1. Original natural conditions must be utilized and reformed in the landscape planning of villa districts.2. The coordination and unification between the architecture and landscape must be deeply recognized and applied actively in the landscape planning during the landscape planning of villa dictricts.3. There must be a clear theme such as the ecology, living, geomacy and traditional gardens in the landscape planning of villa districts; and the cultural connotation of the theme can be digged out to the full, creating the features of the residence zones.4. The application of the green plants must be emphasized in the landscape planning of villa districts; creating different landscape and spaces with the plants is to sastify the residents’ requirements of their viewing and recreation.The construction of villa districts can satisfy people’s pursuit of nature to the greatest extent, remodel the nature and improve the living environment; in the meantime, it can also make the the city construction more beautiful.
