With the development of transport, prestressed concrete structure with its Highlight advantages, such as span of large, light weight, saving materials, space-saving . have been widely used in highway bridges, railway bridges, the city overpass. Prestressed concrete structure can be divided into by Bond Status of prestressing tendon: Bonded prestressed concrete structures and unbonded prestressed concrete structure. Mechanical properties of structure of Post-tensioned bonded prestressed and unbonded prestressed still lack depth study, which directly affect the safety of prestressed bridge and design concept. A large number of problems through the investigation of the bridge and found that the vast majority of the grouting of bonded prestressed concrete structures exist a more serious quality defects. Facts have proved that the quality of grouting and effective size of tension have a certain impact on the mechanical properties. Against the above background, this paper base on numerical simulation and experimental study, combined with knowledge of research work carried out as follows:Applying finite element analysis software ANSYS to simulate prestressed concrete simply supported beam . By numerical simulation, the first three frequencies and anti-camber of unbonded beam five-tensioned were obtained, and with the experimental measured data were comparative Analysis. Simulating simply supported beam of different grouting and bonded and unbonded prestressed , In the range of inter impose uniformly distributed load Of different sizes,arrive at different load response. Through the finite element numerical calculation.obtain stress distribution of beam cross-sectional along height, stress distribution of steel strand, cross-in displacement, and comparative analysis, conclude to the impact of mechanical properties of grouting quality.Carrying out bonded and unbonded prestressed concrete beams experimental study, record anti-camber of unbonded beam five-tensioned under different tension levels . through DH5938 Vibration analysis analyzer obtain the first three frequencies. In the range of inter impose uniformly distributed load, by DH3815 static strain measurement system. DHDAS3817N Dynamic Signal Acquisition and Analysis System record data ,such as stress,strain and deflection of experimental beam and so on ,and data were comparative analyzed after treatment, conclude to mechanical differences of bonded and unbonded beam。The results above are pending further study, for future testing and evaluation of Prestressed concrete bridge lay the foundation.
