With the rapid development of the bridge engineering, post-tensioned pore pressure drop technology has been widely used because of its unique advantages, but whether the pressure drop of the quality of compacting is difficult to detect. The quality of the pressure drop is a direct impact on the prestressed bridge durability, reliability, and even security. Therefore, the research of Tendon pressure drop quality has become a new hot spot, but it also difficult to study. In this paper, I used ultrasonic nondestructive assay to detect the pressure drop for Tendon. Based on wavelet analysis theory and application methods, more detailed study was focused on the structure of ultrasonic testing. Committed the wavelet analysis method, I analysis the Tendon internal grouting of the ultrasonic testing results and contrast the different defects in the case of ultrasonic waveform characteristics with the corresponding wavelet analysis.Firstly, we elaborated on the thesis research background, purpose and significance of the state of development at home and abroad. The wavelet analysis is introduced into the Tendon grouting quality testing of ultrasonic waveform analysis, and analyzed inqualitative conditions prestressed grouting in the ultrasonic test results.Secondly, study the principle of ultrasonic tests and ultrasonic propagation characteristics in Tendon. The ultrasonic wave propagation path in different Prestressed Grouting case and Tendon filling factors was detailed description.Again, on the basis of access to large amounts of relevant literature, I describe the basic theory of wavelet time-frequency analysis, including the continuous wavelet transform, discrete wavelet transform and multi-resolution analysis of wavelet transform, especially focus on the ultrasonic signal detection the selection of wavelet basis function and the characteristics of the wavelet basis.Finally, Introduces the process of ultrasonic testing Tendon grouting full test, Including the design of test program, model making, the construction and data measured,proposed different defects in the case of the ultrasonic waveform, do a detailed analysis. Based on the Matlab environment, I use the wavelet analysis method to measured ultrasonic shape decomposition, denoising, and different grouting in case of wavelet analysis results.
