The reduction of its size and weight of the jack plays an important role in theconstruction machinery,not only can make the working space is reduced,but also can savethe process material,and more convenient for the construction operation.The quality of thehoisting jack has been lightened,it is affected by force will also the correspondingoccurrence of the changes,therefore it is very necessary to carried out the reforce analysis.Based on this uneven force only tensioning member impact,will produce changes in theforce imposed on the body of the force at the same time.Because the structure analysis by using ANSYS software,can better reflect thestructure throughout stress,strain change,so this will be provided through the use of thesoftware by the structure itself theoretically.The study of the prestressed beams intelligenttensioning device prestress loss of prestressed concrete beams in the process of tensiongenerated by the anchorage analysis to further determine the cause of the partial loss of thevalue of the load;then continue to analysis the load of the structure and theoreticalcalculations to determine the value of that portion of the load,the part of the structuralanalysis,it was found that the part of the force is not uniform,so take the force of eachnode method of analysis,Last average allocation in the value of their force,so as to arriveat the overall value of the load of the anchor structure;loads in various parts of thestructure in the final analysis and theoretical calculations,which can also be the part loadof the obtained value of the load finishing,and its structure was analyzed with the ANSYSsoftware analysis results are compared,which can provide the theoretical basis for the nextoptimization.Optimization using ANSYS software optimization features,it is limitedanalysis,parameter optimization,and finally make it through the optimization of the keyparts of the mechanical properties of strength condition are met,in the weight light premiseby force to achieve optimal performance,and further provides a valuable basis foroptimization of various other parts.This article through a simplified analysis of the force structure,bold reallocate itsforce value to determine the value of the load of the tensioning device,closer with the loadvalues obtained in the simulation of the system,so perfect the force properties.
