Study Of The Watching Labor Intensity For Ship Operators And Watching Arrangement

During the ship operator keep watching,it is often to lead the fatigue because of high labor intensity and overloaded work.The watching labor intensity is the pressure on the ship operator in the unit time from physical and psychological during keeping watching.This is an important reason to cause the accident.Now,there is not enough attention to pay the study of labor intensity of the ship operator when keeping watching. When sailing,the operator are arranged by the fixed watching arrangement.It is very important to keep the sailing safe that how to ensure the operator to play its due role when keeping watching.This paper is to study the labor intensity when the operators keep watching, dividing the labor intensity by different ships and conditions,supporting certain basis for determination of the reasonable working hours.It is to make the watching arrangement more reasonable,lighten the effect of the high labor intensity to the physical and psychological and prevent the operators from fatigue.The paper analyzes the elements affecting the labor intensity of operator on duty, and combines with factors on two aspects,including physical and psychological.The evaluation system for the labor intensity of operator on duty is set up.Fuzzy evaluation is used to do comprehensive evaluation for the labor intensity of operator keeping watching.During determination of the weight,the paper makes use of the AHP.In the end,based on the status of arrangement for ship operator watching,and in combination with the study of labor intensity when operators keep watching,flexible watching arrangements are brought by the author.It is suggested that the working hours should be determined according to the labor intensity when operators keep watching.
