During the process of rotary machine running in the power plant,the vibration of rotor can cause many problems.The rotor unbalance is one of the most frequent faults in rotary machine.It is very important to make dynamic balancing test and adjustment for the rotor.Using NI9233,a four-channel synchronous data-acquisition module,and LabVIEW8.2,a convenient and utility vibration analyzing system is developed.With four channel full-period simultaneous sampling of NI9233,the signals of vibration and rotating speed can be acquired.Single-plane or two-plane dynamic balancing can be completed via the influence coefficient method.The experiment shows that the vibration analyzing system has perfect balancing precision and convenient operation.It is proved that the system is very available and useful in several power plants.Since the NI DAQ Card is expensive,non-NI DAQ Card is often used instead.Then,based on the development environment of LabVIEW,the application of non-NI DAQ Card driver is studied,and a driver program for PCI DAQ Card is edited in this paper.Experimental results show the LabVIEW can successfully acquire data through PCI DAQ Card under this driver program.
