Unbalanced rotor as the main vibration of rotating machinery vibration force,not only causes the rotor vibration but may even causes safety accidents.With the continuous development of industrialization,rotating machinery has been also more and more applied to the electric power,petrochemical,aerospace and other fields,study of rotor dynamic balancing were also beginning to arouse people's attention.In recent years,the rapid development of the field of testing and computer,instrumentation and computer combination has become an inevitable trend in the development of instrument technology.In this paper,Based on dynamic balancing area development and research status both at home and abroad as a background,in view of the rigid rotor and flexible rotor dynamic balance principle and balance method has carried on the detailed introduction and analysis,combining with the vibration mode balance method and the merits and demerits of the influence coefficient method,presents a testing system of dynamic balance.Combined with the knowledge of signal processing,the cross-correlation analysis method and the relevant filtering principle were used to analyze the unbalanced vibration signal to extract the key information amplitude and phase of the signal and realize the dynamic balance test Key technology;the development of test system were implemented by LabVIEW software,dynamic balance test system integration.With the USB-6218 data acquisition card which produced from NI company and personal computer,signal acquisition equipment as the hardware platform,using graphical programming software LabVIEW developed a rotor dynamic balance test system software.On the basis of dynamic balance theory,the key technology of dynamic balance testing was used to realize the signal acquisition,time-frequency analysis,frequency domain analysis,filtering,single-side dynamic balance and double-sided dynamic balance modularization ofsystem software.developed a set of testing,analysis and calculation for the integration of virtual dynamic balancing system.realized the unbalanced vibration signal amplitude phase of the measurement extraction and on-line calculation to obtain the required weight,to complete the adjustment and testing of the dynamic balance.Finally,the test of WS-ZHT5multi-function rotor test rig was carried out to verify the function of each module of dynamic balance test system.
