Based on the adjustment of national energy policy and the atmosphere of strict enforcement of environmental standards, conventional coal-fired industrial boilers are limited to be used, resulting high-quality energy consumption and production cost increasing largely. Biomass is a clean renewable energy. It is special significance to transform the existing coal-fired industrial boilers into biomass fuel.In not changing the boiler heating surface, keeping the principle of retaining the original structure of the chain of the furnace grate, for the boiler's problems of uneven distribution of fuel's accumulation and insufficient bed thickness, To control the use of particulate matter to block the settlement of the technical program and set up the ratio of 1:1 two-dimensional test bed for experimental research; Used the FLUENT software has carried on the numerical simulation for the air flow field and the separate pellet path, has eliminated the unreasonable impediment structure, the optimal two kind of impediments, and have simulated wind and the fire grate wind allocated proportion; In different wind and under the fire grate wind allocated proportion condition, has carried on the settling of particies experiment to two kind of impediments, and to is eliminated the impediment to carry on the experiment to confirm the numerical simulation the reliability. The results showed that the air vents in the slit-like speed, stop the pieces of the distance from the slit-like vents, block the pieces of the structure of the baffle structure of the particles have a significant impact on the settlement; optimize the allocation of the flow speed and structure, able to obtain a more reasonable Rice accumulation of shell distribution of particle deposition.
