| Nowadays,with the rapid development and rapid growth of energy consumption in the world,the development of alternative energy has become an important topic in the world.Biomass energy as the world’s fourth largest energy development and utilization is in constant progress and exploration.As a big agricultural country,rice husk is a high-quality biomass resource.This paper studies the utilization of rice husk to improve the utilization rate of rice husk from the optimization of utilization mode.The utilization rate of traditional cooking methods was low,and the efficient transformation and utilization of rice husk could not be realized.In recent years,gasification as one of the most efficient methods of biomass thermochemical conversion and utilization has been vigorously advocated.However,there are many influencing factors in the actual biomass gasification power generation.These factors determine the degree of conversion of biomass energy into electricity.The composition of biomass is determined by the type of biomass.Different biomass has different gasification results.The gasification factors in the gasification process of rice husk determine the final gasification result index.Therefore,this paper combined with the actual project to simulate the different factors in the process of rice husk circulating fluidized bed gasification.Through the research on the characteristics of rice husk,it is concluded that rice husk has high utilization value.At the same time,the grain size,moisture content and other related properties of rice husk meet the requirements of circulating fluidized bed.From the perspective of material pretreatment,rice husk as biomass gasification can save a lot of pretreatment equipment in the whole construction process of the project.On the basis of studying the characteristics of gasification material rice husk,the important influencing factors of gasification process,such as air equivalent ratio(ER)、S/B(steam/rice husk mass ratio)and gasification agent temperature,were simulated.In the simulation study,the model of rice husk gasification in circulating fluidized bed was established by Aspen Plus software,and the model was verified by project data.The results show that the gasification temperature in gasifier increases with the increase of ER value and gasification agent temperature,while the gasification temperature decreases with the increase of S/B.The content of CH4and CO2in gasification gas decreases with the increase of ERvalue and gasification agent temperature,but increases with the increase of S/B.The content of N2in the gasification gas decreases with the increase of S/B and gasification agent temperature,but increases with the increase of ER value.The CO content in the gasification gas increases with the increase of ER value and gasification agent temperaturedecreases,but increase with S/B.With the increase of ER,the volume fraction of H2in gasification gas increases first and then decreases,and increases with the increase of S/B and gasification agent temperature.The gasification yield increased with the increase of three factors.The calorific value of gasification gas decreases with the increase of Er value and gasification agent temperature,but increases with the increase of S/B.The gasification efficiency decreases with the increase of ER value,but increases with the increase of S/B and gasification agent temperature.Based on the study of different gasification factors,this paper studies the optimization scheme of the influence of gasification factors on gasification index by orthogonal experimental design.The results show that the main factors affecting the gasification yield and gas calorific value are as follows ER、S/B、gasification agent temperature.Optimal process parameters:ER is 0.2、S/B is 0.3、gasification agent temperature is 600℃. |
