The implementation of "plastic restriction" has put forward higher requirements for the materials of packaging products.The traditional plastic products cannot meet the market requirements,and it is urgent to find suitable substitutes.Plant-based composite foam materials provide a good idea for reducing the use of plastic-based packaging materials.In this paper,crop waste rice husk is selected as the main material,supplemented by processing additives such as resin adhesive,aluminum powder foaming agent,etc.,to prepare rice husk-adhesive mixed packaging materials.Through physical and mechanical tests on the mixed materials,the apparent characteristics,static compression properties and resilience of rice husk-adhesive mixed foaming materials are studied,and the raw material ratio and preparation process are determined.The findings are as follows:(1)Determining the composition of raw materials.Considering the mixing uniformity of each component in the experimental process and the requirements of packaging materials for appearance,two kinds of rice husk powder with different particle sizes are selected as the main material,then epoxy resin with good adhesion and plasticity is selected as the adhesive.Meanwhile,silane coupling agent is selected to improve the poor interface bonding between rice husk and epoxy resin.Aluminum powder and sodium hydroxide are selected as foaming agent,and dibutyl phthalate as well as Tween 80 are selected as toughening agent and active agent respectively.The samples with uniform pore distribution,good compressive performance and certain elasticity are prepared by static foaming method.(2)Determining the raw material ratio of mixed materials.The static compression test of rice husk-adhesive mixed material is carried out.Through the analysis of the apparent phenomenon of the sample,the static compression performance and the rebound rate,the optimal values of rice husk content,adhesive ratio,rice husk particle size grading,foaming agent,foaming agent auxiliary,toughening agent,surfactant and coupling agent in the preparation of the mixed material are discussed.The results show that: When the rice husk content is 67%,the mixing ratio of the two epoxy adhesives is 6,the mixing ratio of 3 mm and 1 mm rice husk powder is 3:2,the aluminum powder is 1.2 g,the water content is 13 g,the DBP content is 1.8 g,the Tween 80 content is 1.05 g,and the KH-550 content is 1.2 g,the pore distribution of the sample is uniform,the samples have better comprehensive properties as well.(3)Study on sample performance optimization.Based on the optimal ratio,the preparation process of the sample is optimized to explore the influence of the preparation process and inorganic filler on the performance of the sample.By changing the precuring time and adding different dosage of talc powder,the apparent phenomenon,static compression performance and rebound rate of test specimens are observed.The results show that when the precuring time is 60 min,the samples have the best comprehensive properties,and the comprehensive strength is 0.25 MPa and the rebound rate is 60.08%,which meets the packaging needs of small daily necessities.The addition of talc with the mass fraction of 16%~50% cannot improve the properties of rice husk-adhesive. |
