With the rapid development of cities, towns and logistics services, more and more zone patches take the road to become city, the process to improve and update the new road network is accelerating. The demand for network planning study is unprecedented, and innovative urbanization network planning is facing a new round of tests and challenges. As a result, in network planning, how to determine the effectiveness of planning, logistics corridors support for some degree, matching between road network structure and generated flow from site layout, network connectivity structure, functional exertion and so on, that are the much-needed tasks. Against that background, in this thesis, evaluation of of the road network planning is implemented, under the new structure of urban road network planning and evaluation of the basic theory, in light of the actual item - New Jinzhou District in Ningxiang County .In this thesis, there are four contents, including evaluation issues of road network planning in new urban, which including the following four contents, access to logistics corridors support, network planning distribution, the establishment of indicator system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. For the part of logistics corridors support, it analyzes of the concept and classification of logistics corridors, and logistics corridors support relationship for network evaluation. The three study scope and evaluation objects are that the logistics lines (road network), logistics nodes and services . For the part of road network planning, by analyzing the network structure, road grading, transect and junction cross-section, the correct requirements of network planning have studied. Advance to predict the distribution of network passenger transport and freight traffic by "four stages" in transcad software in the New Jinzhou District. For the part of indicatorsystems of road network planning, through the four of road network performance, socio-economic impact, environmental impact, logistics corridors support, carrying out analysis of selected indicators, layer-by-layer analysis of indicators for the final selection,the the establishment of new urban road network planning indicators system has found. For the part of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, compareing the level analysis, principal component analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, no one better than election fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, based on the results of the evaluation in New Jinzhou District in Ningxiang County, Hunan Province Area background data and indicators, the potential of the logistics channel analysis and network planning further improvements have been given.At present, the relevant case of new urban road network planning is still less.in this thesis, by the effective integration of the use of research results, it carried out some exploratory research on new cityareas to improve the road network, analytical methods to provide a reference system, and for the further improve of road transport system theories, it has some practical significance. |
