In the field of architecture, "international style" have had a certain impact to the local culture, and "globalization" has become the mainstream culture of the current world, and their penetration into the majority of the world's cities have lead the cities similar like each other and lost their inherent sense of place.However, we are pleased that the regional architecture has become the main resistant force of "globalization". In architectural design, regional architecture through the response of the natural environment should find the combination between the tradition and the modern, and open a sustainable road with local conditions.In recent years, the theoretical knowledge in the regional architecture design research of our country has been developing and improving, but the regional awareness of China's low-rise low-density residential architectural style is still inadequate. This article makes an depth study on this subject and it has five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part. With the background of the research as the starting point, the article made explanation to the the concept and scope of the object, made clear the contents of the research, explained the significance of research and research methods and frameworks are described.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the paper. The article first analyzes the low-rise low-density residential architectural style of the connotation and denotation, and then explores the scope and factors of the architecture regional under the influence of the globalization and points out the design principle of regional of the low-rise low-density residential architectural style.Chapter III to Chapter V is the main thesis. The article makes analysis and summary to the natural, cultural, technical factors of regional of the low-rise low-density residential architectural style, addresses theoretical knowledge in the regional architecture design.In this paper, the above study, for low-rise low-density residential architectural style regional creative design provides a theoretical material, with a view to give a certain degree of reference and inspiration.
