Automotive relays are combinations of mechanical and electrical devices, electric performance parameters to measure product performance are the main target. In order to meet the needs of industrial production developing in line with the National Standard Relay electric parameters automatic test system parameters are the subject of great research value.The main research results are as follows:1. An overview of the development of automated test systems automated test process and the latest developments in technology. Introduce the characteristics of the virtual instrument and virtual instrument system structure. Introduce the development of the relay at home and abroad, test status as well as automotive relay Characteristics of electric parameters.2. In-depth study of the electric parameters of automotive relay characteristics. An analysis of automotive relay's electric parameters of the test focused on the difficulties, the corresponding test methods, design the test circuit.3. The use of PCI, RS-232, GPIB bus hybrid to build the automotive relay electric parameters automotive test platform based on virtual instrument.4. LabVIEW programmers are used programming the auto relay test system software. Analyses the electric parameters of the test flow, test results and error analysis and discussion, and made a number of error deal with the program.The experimental results show that this automotive relay automatic test systems contains flexible, fast, cheap, test methods. Has wide application prospect in the automotive relay electric parameters testing field.
