| Mine steering gear is the crucial device which can keep and change the movementdirection of mines underwater, its performance will influence the accuracy, attack range,damage and other important fighting capacity index directly when the mine is executing theattack mission. This paper analyzed the characteristics for the performance parameters ofmine steering gear firstly, then designed a new system for the testing of its performanceparameters based on virtual instrument PXI, realized the comprehensive measurement of itsvarious performance parameters, the system can judge testing results rapidly and accuratelyrely on the test procedures of independent development. The new testing system this subjectdesigned will provide important technical support for the production and inspection and otherwork of mine steering gear.This paper mainly discussed the hardware design, software development and simulationexperiments of performance parameters of mine steering gear. According to the characteristicsand test requirement of the performance parameters of mine steering gear, put forward thedesign scheme for a new test system by virtual instrument technology, and made the hardwarechoice based on PXI, designed out several module for test function, the system can collect andregulate the complex signal accurately, and can realize the real-time communication betweenevery module. Completed the software development with LABVIEW, designed out severaltest project procedures, it can realize the real-time acquisition and regulation for signal, thesynchronous processing of measurement data, the analysis judgment of the performanceparameters of steering gear and the real-time storage of test results.This paper designed multiple simulation and actual experiments according to thecharacteristics of performance parameters of mine steering gear, and made the test experiments. The new test system can complete accurate measurement and data analysisthrough multiple simulation experiments, can alarm prompt the data not conform to therequirements, and realize the automation and intelligent to a certain extent. |
