With the rapid development of modern port logistics,the port enterprise are facing with rapidly changing market,the increasingly intense competitive environment and more customer requirement.It is becoming the focus of the businesses to improve business process,reduce operate cost and increase service quality.As an important part of port logistics,truck distributing process plays an important role on to the use of port field resource and delivery cost of customer. BPI(Business Process Improvement) is a system methos to help enterprise get major improvement on business process operation.The goal of optimizing business processes is to improve effectiveness and the efficiency of the process through providing expected result and minmizing the use of resource.Firstly this paper introduces the research background,purpose and significance from the viewer of the use of port resource and customer service quality.Then through the analysis of the problem of the older truck distributing process,it introduces the optimizated truck distributing process and process optimizating index system.At last, the paper does the job of system disign and implement.System design includes system architecture design and sytem function design.System implement uses the RCP(Rich Clent Platform) structure and technology.The value of this paper is to combine the theory of Business Process Improvement to the practice of specific business process optimization in port company,and make full use of information technology and information system to link the works with datas in the port truck distributing process.Finally implement the purpose of improving work efficiency and customer satisfaction.
