Monographs On The Social Spatiality Of Hanzheng Jie Area Of Wuhan City Border

This paper takes the border in Hanzhengjie area as the research subject. Using the materials observed and accumulated by the Research Center of Urban Environment of Hanzhengjie area for the last four years as reference, analyzed the diversity of border and the diversity of city thoroughly. Through the literature reading, the site investigation study and the comparison research, the paper carried on the explanation and consideration to the border design, the diversity and vigour of Hanzhengjie.This paper believes that, the confused, diversiform, promiscuous, multiple of the current spatial form which Hanzhengjie border presents are the effect of the demos building the city informality from bottom to top and the government building the city formal from top to bottom. The conflict centralized on the border area. Besides the essential theory depiction and the background introduction, this paper narrated two parts of contents with emphasis. In the first part, found all kinds of border in Hanzhengjie area, drew the shape of the border, expressed the spatial relationship, described the activities in the border area. According to the theories of border, in the second part, the author analyzed the event pattern, the spatial pattern, the form, the behaviors, the border effect of the border area, so as to provide instructive advices for the border design and the reconstruction of Hanzhengjie area.The photos and the image analyzes were used in the essential chapters of this paper. In chapter three, the author enumerated the border in Hanzhengjie area. In chapter four, the author analyzed the"form"and the"behavior"by comparing and summing-up. Because of the complexity and the long-term reconstruction of Hanzhengjie, as the whole new angle of view, this paper just probed into the problems of the Hanzhengjie from its border. There are still some defects. The author wishes the paper would be profitable for further research in Hanzhengjie and the research could provide instructive advices for the whole urban space.
