Study On The Changes Of Residential Building Under The Influence Of The "National Six-Points Package"

For countries,the role of policy is that it can formulate and restrict the social behavior of activity.A scientific and rational policy can be a strong support to promote the healthy development of the society.Currently,our country is just in a rapid development stage of industrialization and urbanization,as an important industry to the economic and domestic demand, residential industry access to an unprecedented rapid stage of development.However, a series of social problems appear during the development of residential industry,such as:irrational structure of housing supply,high housing prices,high rate of housing vacancy and serious waste of land resources,which run counter to the idea of"harmonious society"of our country.Contrary to this situation,the State Council promulgated the Type policies of"National Six-Points Package",aimed at the Macro-control to the current outstanding issues in a timely manner.This article,which is based on the demand of people,is attempt to investigate (through two aspects:theoretical analysis and practical research)all the influences of the Residential Building after the Type policies,including the current design situation, market and future development and so on.In the first place,the text started the analysis based on the fundamental idea of"Energy and Land Saving".After the analysis of the role and significance of the"National Six-Points Package",this article carry out a comparative research on Housing-Type,planning,psychology of residents,as well as other related industries,and put forward many available views after combining with the domestic and foreign forefront of research.In the second place,based on the theoretical argument,this article deeply elaborate the enforceability of the New deal by practical examples.in particular,the design of small-sized residential is the focus of this article. Simultaneously,we also analyzed and summarized the inadequacies of the"National Six-Points Package",and try to put forward a consummate proposal,hoping for provide a reference to future policy and residential building research.China's basic national conditions decied that improving the land utilization rate is not only the needs of the development of social sciences,but also the strategic security of the country's long-term stability and prosperity."National Six-Points Package"is the milestone of the sustainable development of housing industry in new emits appearance is a historical necessity,and it will have to live long-term effects on the inevitable emergence of China's current model.
