Research On The Development Of Industrialized Architecture In The New Era

China’s construction industry has made great progress in the long-term large-scale construction process,but the main problem is that the industry belong to the traditional labor-intensive industries,low technology level,low production efficiency.With the continuous development of social economy,backwardness and unbalanced development of construction industry cannot meet the needs of society for building quality and quantity,and seriously restricted the development of architectural design,which limits the sustainable development of the construction industry.It is through investment in the development of building industrialization new science and technology,China’s construction industry to change the current existence of backward production methods and management,lack of investment in research and technological innovation,serious waste of energy and resources,low level of technology line operators and other problems and contradictions.In recent years,the degree of concern about the architecture industrialization has been reduced,the people generally adopted the attitude of avoidance,the lack of enthusiasm for the development of building industrialization.In the future,the demand for building construction is still strong,and the construction industry need to transform to the industrial production mode.It is one of the direction of the development of China’s construction industry under the current social and economic environment.This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter is the introduction of the research object of building industrialization;the paper introduces the background and significance,and the research methods.The second chapter reviews the development of building industrialization,carding a building industrialization as the context of the times.The third chapter introduces the current situation of the development of building industrialization,including the development status of related industrial standardization and building design,building architecture,building design and construction and the like.The fourth chapter analyzes the new industrialization development trend of China’s construction of the new era,the future of the building reveals a new path of industrialization leapfrog development.By the study of the development of building industrialization of the New Era,combing the context and the laws of its development,drawing on the construction path of industrialization in developed countries,analysis of the current development status of China’s building industrialization,the thesis shows the future development direction of China’s building industrialization.
