Studies On Development Of Space In Housing Type In The City Of Xi'an

In recent decades,with the progress of socio-economic,the space of residential units in Xi'an city has experienced a series of revolutions.It has a significant impact on the development of residential units' space which has been broken the traditional spatial patterns through the change of the scope of household numbers and behavior patterns of residence.The emergence of the diverse of needs in the market promotes the units space to diversification from single direction.In this article,the author by using the progress of space mode of Xi'an city in the last decades as research background and the present model as object of study via its historical retrospect,analysis the main facter which influences its development, additionally,the author via a set of analysis study in present condition summed up the performance characteristics,which in order to lay a theoretical foundation and a technical support for the future residential units development in Xi'an.Based on the above study,it can be conclude that:the development of Xi'an city's spatial patterns of residential units should not only meet the diverse needs of the market, but also demonstrate personal charm;carrying out refined design with respecting consumer demand and people-oriented;enhance the living quality of Xi'an residential units with respecting the geographical cultural features and urban residents' living styles; reinforce the flexibility and applicability of space for residential units and the sustainable implementation of the residential development industry as a result of strengthening exploitations and applications the of fashionable technologies and materials.Furthermore,introduce the mechanism of public participation in future development,then realize the integration and the systematic development for the residential city of Xi'an to ensure healthy,stable and rapid development of residential units' space in Xi'an.
